Monkey Business

The video quality is not so good because I shot this on our dated Sony digital camera. If anyone ever runs into some guy named "Fat Tony" who is looking to unload some up-to-date HD camcorders please mention me. Thanks!

Cooper wants to wipe that goofy smile off of that monkey's face. Cooper teamed up with his sidekick Gary Glow-worm in order to launch an all-out offensive on the monkey.

Go to the bottom of the page and turn off the music to experience the true atmosphere of the attack!

Welcome to the Jungle!

Cooper is testing out his new activity mat which came from Santa by way of Sears and UPS. The key to a successful monkey capture is to sneak up from behind and...BAM! Silly monkey, he thought that was just a bear all along...

Random Photos

Not only does Cooper's Christmas outfit say "Little Elf," but it is printed on his bobo. Not hilarious I know, but it's humorous and cute simultaneously.

Cooper is posing in his new cap from The Gap. He is also working on the "pulling the collar of his shirt" bit from his Rodney Dangerfield impersonation... I tell ya, I get no respect.

Cooper is using both hands to hold his bottle. This only lasted a few seconds, but all of his training is starting to pay off. Please pay no attention to the slightly larger hand actually supporting the weight of the bottle at the base--I think someone hacked the blog and photoshopped the pic.

White Christmas...(we were not dreaming of)

This is the aftermath of the "Blizzard 2009!!!" as it was called by the God-awful local news station. Turned out to be a pretty backdrop, but the driving...oi! Forget about it!
Behold...the new American Gothic.

Worth Special Mention

When I was browsing through the Christmas photos, two photos stuck out to me as being kind of funny. Kels is completely zoned out in one picture while I'm way too happy about Amazon.com in the other pic.

Even More Christmas

Maddy looks on approvingly as Grandpa Bill opens his gifts.

Cooper's first drum (1 of 2). Someday he will record an homage album to Tito Puente, Buddy Rich, and Neil Peart.

More Christmas Photos at Grandpa Bill's

Christmas at Grandpa Bill's

Cooper hit the jackpot this Christmas in regard to presents. He looked to Maddy for guidance on what to actually do with the packages. Like the excellent role model she will become, Maddy offered her paper-shredding and waste disposal services to Cooper.

Tummy Time

Cooper has fun for a little while on his stomach until he realizes he can just cry and have someone carry him around...smart little boy there. He also has a firm belief that anything which comes to a point should produce delicious milk as evidenced in the second photo.

Cooper's hangin' out with family Oklahoma- (and East Texas-) style--in his undies :)

Long overdue update!
